Near the centre two large circles hold dark dots, with a third ringed circle beside them and two more ringed circles higher left. Six pale pink and white segmented limbs radiate outward, each ending in small splayed fingers along the bottom and right. A black hatched triangular patch hangs below the central circles. A dark blue oval sits behind the lower half, black fills the upper area, and vertical gold strokes run down both side edges.
